Job Description

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to closure, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
    Experience in managing project scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in JIRA: Hands-on experience with JIRA (or similar tools like Trello, Asana) for tracking, managing, and reporting on project tasks, user stories, bugs, and progress.
    Ability to generate reports, create dashboards, and track sprints effectively within JIRA.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    Proven ability to drive consensus, manage conflicts, and keep teams aligned with project goals.
  • Development Lifecycle Knowledge: Understanding of software development processes (e.g., Agile/Scrum) and ability to work closely with development teams to push tasks toward completion.
    Ability to track and manage deliverables, timelines, and resources.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
    Ability to manage and coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders across different disciplines.
  • AWS Cloud Computing (Basic Knowledge): FamiliarityFamiliarity with AWS cloud services and infrastructure, and the ability to coordinate cloud-related tasks with engineers and developers.
    Understanding of cloud-based architectures, applications, and best practices.
  • Vehicle Domain Knowledge (Good to Have): Knowledge of the automotive or vehicle industry and technologies such as telematics, EVs, or autonomous vehicles would be beneficial but is not required.
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and implement solutions quickly and effectively.
    Ability to anticipate issues and proactively address them before they become significant problems.
